Free homepage design
The free homepage design I send is a concept made for your store. There is no charge and no obligation. If you want it built, you pick a package and pay as set out below. If you do not, you owe nothing.
Quotes and prices
- My packages have fixed prices in Australian dollars: Christmas Store Sprint A$590, Page rebuild A$1,500 and Full store A$1,750.
- I am not registered for GST, so no GST is added.
- Anything outside a package is quoted in writing before I start it.
- Apps, themes, domains and other services you choose are paid by you, directly to those companies.
Payment
Half of the price is due up front to book your spot. The other half is due when you sign off the work, before anything goes live.
Timing
Delivery times (3 days for the sprint, 7 days for the page rebuild and full store) start once I have your deposit, access to your Shopify and the content I need from you, such as your logo, photos and product details. If anything changes, I will tell you by email straight away.
Access and ownership
I work inside your own Shopify through staff or collaborator access, so you never need to share your password. Once the work is paid for, it is yours. I may show screenshots of the finished work on this site only if you say yes first.
Changes and sign off
I will go back and forth with you by email until you are happy with the work included in your package. Nothing goes live until you sign off.
Cancelling
If you change your mind before I start, I will refund your deposit in full. If you cancel part way through, I will refund the part of the deposit that covers work not yet done.
No guarantees on results
I will do careful, good quality work, but I cannot promise a set number of sales or visitors, because those depend on many things outside my control.
Liability
As far as the law allows, my total liability for any job is limited to the amount you paid me for it. Nothing in these terms takes away your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
