I collect as little as I can, use it only to reply to you and do the work you ask for, and never sell it.

Who I am
This site is run by Cartwright Systems. You can reach me any time at hello@cartwrightsystems.com.
What I collect
- When you use my form: your name, email, store link and anything you write in the message box.
- Along with a form message: your IP address, your browser type and your country, which my host provides. I keep these to stop spam and limit repeat submissions.
- When you email me: your email address and whatever you include in the email.
- When you work with me: the details needed to do the job and send invoices, such as your business name and the access you give me to your Shopify.
What I do not do
- I do not use advertising or tracking cookies on this site.
- I do not sell, rent or swap your details with anyone.
- I do not add you to a mailing list from the form.
Where it is kept
This site is hosted on Cloudflare, and form messages are stored there and sent on to my email inbox, which is hosted by Google. Some of these services may store data outside Australia. Payments are handled by the payment provider named on your invoice.
How long I keep it
I keep form messages and emails for as long as I need them to reply to you, do the work and keep proper business records. Ask me and I will delete anything I do not need to keep.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the details I hold about you. If I have emailed you and you would rather I did not again, just reply and say so, or email hello@cartwrightsystems.com, and I will stop.
